This lesson provides insight into negative thought patterns. Children develop awareness of Automatic Negative Thoughts and use the mindful technique STOP to effectively management them. Children write a reflection of their experience with STOP. Following on from the previous lesson, the children write their own positive affirmations and use them in their meditation. Children choose whether to use a Metatron Cube for their meditation. This lesson focuses on English.
